At Buy Globe, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning a product.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date the product was shipped and received.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • If the package has been opened, a 3% restocking fee will apply.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if eligible:

  • Offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Cover return shipping costs if the fault is confirmed.

Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be required to process your claim.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:

  • Products that have been used or not in original packaging.
  • Items classified as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase.
