Please read carefully to understand how our subscription and loyalty credits work.
Subscription Credits & Accumulation
Credits are earned based on your tier purchases (e.g., 500 points, 1,000 points, etc.) and are applied in fixed blocks. Any points that do not complete a full block cannot be redeemed on the same day.
Credits are capped per purchase at $40. Any credits above this cap are automatically rolled over to your next eligible purchase.
Subscription Refunds & Grace Period
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
A 1-month grace period applies to your first subscription. After the first month, cancellation takes effect immediately, and the next payment may still be processed if within the billing cycle.
Sharing & Transfer
Subscriptions are not transferable unless explicitly authorized.

- Spend $50 → Earn 500 points ($20 credit)
- 1-year extra warranty on selected items
- Exclusive gifts, early access, and more
- Accumulate 1,500 points → Earn 20% plus credit on your next Plus-tier purchase (capped at $40)
Note: All credits earned are applied in blocks. Any excess beyond the cap or incomplete blocks automatically roll over to your next eligible purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and sharing is only allowed with explicit authorization.
