By submitting your works, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit your works.

This Agreement is digitally binding and confirms our relationship as sales and distribution provider.

Services

Buy-Music provides an online platform to sell your music and related products (digital downloads, CDs, vinyl, merchandise).

We do not provide licensing, publishing, or rights management services.

Payments & Fees

We sell your products directly to customers. From each sale, Buy-Music deducts a fixed service fee according to the following structure:

                        $2.00 sale → Fee: $0.40 / Musician receives: $1.60
$3.00 sale → Fee: $0.60 / Musician receives: $2.40
$5.00 sale → Fee: $1.00 / Musician receives: $4.00
$10.00 sale → Fee: $2.00 / Musician receives: $8.00

                    

Net proceeds are paid to you on a weekly or monthly basis (your choice). Each payout includes a report of units sold, fees deducted, and your earnings.

Buy-Music Royalties & Legal Responsibilities

Buy-Music / Buy Globe does not pay royalties, publishing income, or any other payable gains beyond the sales proceeds described.

All performance or mechanical royalties (e.g., APRA AMCOS, PPCA) are the sole responsibility of the musician.

We are a sales service only and do not manage, collect, or distribute royalties.

Legal Terms

You retain all intellectual property rights to your works.

You warrant that you own the rights to your products and indemnify Buy-Music / Buy Globe from any copyright claims.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia (or New Zealand, as applicable).
